When will my Credit Card be charged?

 

Your credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal account will be charged the full order amount as soon as you submit your order.

With Klarna, Zip, and Afterpay, you may choose Pay in 4 (four interest-free installments), Pay in 30 (full payment due within 30 days), or financing over 3–24 months with interest. Each option has its own due dates, fees, and eligibility requirements.

 

Do I qualify for Free Shipping?

If your order subtotal is $75.00 USD or more and ships to a U.S. address, you qualify for free shipping!

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

 

As a small business, we carefully prepare and fulfill every order. To keep our prices affordable and manage our limited inventory, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections
  • Changes of mind
  • Color or style preferences
  • Accidental purchases

Size Information

To help ensure the best fit, we strongly encourage customers to:

  • Review the size chart provided with each item.
  • Compare the measurements with a similar garment they already own.
  • Contact us with any sizing questions before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed the sizing information and selected their size accordingly.

 

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

How can I cancel an order, or cancel an item on my order?

 

We begin processing your order as soon as it is received, so we are unable to make changes or modifications once an order has been placed and confirmed. However, there is a brief window during which you may cancel your order. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: If your original order total was over $74.99 and qualified for free shipping, cancelling item(s) may result in the appropriate shipping charges being applied.

 

How will my order be shipped?

 

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Most arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment; however, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed. Please allow up to 2 business days for warehouse processing before the delivery timeframe begins. Overall, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery.
